DISCOVER
In the Discover step, which is the launchpad to this process, we have a conversation so that I can learn what you hope to experience during your trip. I want to know what kinds of accommodations you prefer; how to divide your time between structured activities and free time; what your budget is; and what a successful journey looks like for you.
Because I provide a highly personalized travel planning service, I in turn, charge nominal fees for my time. My destination knowledge, network of travel partners across the world, and preferred partner relationships ensure that I am selecting the best experiences and the best values for clients. These professional fees allow me to provide the quality of service that you deserve while planning, ensuring the best
possible return on your travel investment!

DESIGN
Next, I will design a custom trip for you. I will tailor your itinerary to include any or all of the following—accommodations, airline tickets, airport transfers, tours and excursions, travel protection, as well as restaurant and activity recommendations.
I will provide one-of-a-kind cultural experiences using Brownell’s relationships within the travel industry. You’ll have access to many unique benefits such as special discount pricing; exclusive offers not available to the general public or on the internet; upgrades and special amenities at various hotels and resorts; an assortment of free shore excursions and private cocktail parties on some cruises; as well as many other unique services and “back door” private sightseeing options—all thanks to the Brownell Advantage and its membership in Virtuoso, the travel industry’s most prestigious, by-invitation-only association of upscale travel companies.

CONNECT
Once you approve the schedule I have created, you will receive an electronic and/or hard copy of your full itinerary outlining each detail of the trip. I will continue to reach out until your travel dates arrive with helpful reminders such as passport and visa verification, packing tips and up-to-date information regarding your destination.
EXPERIENCE
Once your departure date arrives, you can embark on your adventure knowing that every detail has been artfully tended to and confirmed. You will have peace of mind, knowing I am just a phone call or text away should you need anything further during your trip.
